• What is priority booking? Members move to the front of the line and get to book at a time suitable to them. We will also provide you with the ability to book via text.
• What about unused credits? We will work with you to build an appointment schedule to maximize your health and wellness from IV Therapy. Due to product shelf life, unused credits cannot be carried over, nor transferred to others.
• Is there a long term contract? No, all of our plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. We do offer the option to pay the monthly membership cost for a full year in advance for an additional savings.
• How does billing work? The date you sign up is the day that your account is charged every month and you receive your credits. All services rollover until cancellation, then clients have 30 days to use remaining credits. There is no time contract, clients are set up on an automated month-to-month basis and a two-week cancellation is required.
• How long does the process take? Our IV’s take anywhere from 30 – 60 minutes depending on the infusion. Our goal is to administer your infusion at a safe and comfortable rate within a relaxing environment. Your first appointment will take longer because our medical staff will go over your intake forms and discuss your wellness needs to ensure we are taking the very best care of you.
• Is the process painful? Typically no. If needed, a numbing spray can be used to numb the area so you don’t feel anything. The needle used is a very small needle and is well tolerated by most people.
• Can the memberships be shared? Yes. The corporate package was designed with sharing in mind. It can be shared between any two individuals at any time. A new intake and health form is required for all names added to the account.
