Pre Treatment Care

• 3 days prior to your treatment it is recommended you avoid blood thinning medications such as Advil, ASA, Omegas / Fish oils, Garlic, Vitamin E. 
• Please avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your treatment. This will thin your blood making you more prone to bruising.  
• Please have a good breakfast or snack before your appointment.
• We recommend no air travel within 14 days of your.
• Drink lot's of water before and after to stay hydrated and prevent swelling.

Post Treatment Care

• Apply ice packs
• Apply Arnica Chapstick
• Avoid Alcohol for 24 hours
• Avoid kissing for 24 hours
• Do not sweat for 24 hrs (avoid saunas, steam rooms & exercising)
• Avoid stomach sleeping
• Avoid drinking from a straw
• Avoid flying for 1 week
• Book your 2 week follow up
