Iron IV Infusion in Kitchener Waterloo: Elev8 Medical Aesthetics

Before a patient can be considered for an iron IV, it is important that we conduct a thorough evaluation to determine the root cause of iron deficiency.

* This product/service requires that you have completed our medical screening and any required tests before hand. This is not a treatment that can be scheduled and arranged in one appointment.

Prior to administering IV, we will request the following to ensure safety:

1. Bloodwork: Our NP has the authority to requisition this for you and therefore should be covered under OHIP. These tests need to be completed prior to the beginning of treatment.

2. Alternate options: Our NP will request confirmation that alternate options have been attempted with no success prior to recommending Iron Infusions.

3. That you are an existing patient of the clinic.

4. After review of your labwork and bloodwork, if you are verified as a candidate we will perform the IV.
