To prepare for a PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) hair treatment, our Injectors will often have the following supplies on our table setup. We will always open packaging your presence:
1. Blood Collection Supplies
- Sterile syringes and needles
- Blood collection tubes, with anticoagulant and a special adapter
- Tourniquet
- Alcohol swabs and gauze
2. Centrifuge
- We have recently upgraded our Centrifuge as the newer technology allows us to work with more plasma which ultimately provides a huge benefit to our clients.
3. PRP Kit:
- A specialized kit for processing and extracting PRP
4. Injection Supplies
- Sterile syringes and needles for injecting PRP into the scalp.
- numbing agent as needed.
5. Safety Supplies
- Gloves
- Eye protection and face mask
- Sharps disposal container
6. Post-Treatment Supplies
- Bandages or gauze
- Post-treatment care instructions and products (available on our website)
